All Roll Brushes are made to the
specific dimensions that fit
your milling equipment. The
hard maple blocks are filled
with a mixture of plant fibers
(union mix) or nylon. Depending
upon application and desired
stiffness, the brushes can be
made with 100% union mix, one
center row of nylon, 2/3 nylon,
or 100% nylon. All the brushes
except the 100% nylon are
machine-stitched for a tighter
brush end. |
